Imagine living in a world of confusion. Ordinary tasks can become daunting in their disorganization and activities can become overwhelming because of the inability of the brain to easily process and categorize information. Many thoughts can race through the mind causing distraction and frustration. This can be manifested in many ways including unmanageable external clutter, relationship difficulties, feeling confused and unproductive, showing up late, forgetting your own or someone else’s appointments, constantly interrupting others or complete disorganization. Yet to the person with Attention Deficit Disorder, this can be the reality of every day living. It is a very difficult life, possibly worsened by criticism and the lack of understanding of others, which can result in diminished self worth and self esteem.

In my opinion, the fast paced, demanding, multitasking world we live in today increases the need for organization and efficiency. Living in an organized way has become paramount to a successful and productive life. Perhaps you have wondered if there exists a better way to be productive, organized and move through the day with focus, direction and purpose. There is indeed a better way.

This book is meant to be a guide workbook for the motivated reader who wants to do something to enhance their level of organization. This, in turn, often leads to increased self discipline, patience, determination, efficiency and improved relationships with ourselves and others. This book experientially teaches the practical methods and skills necessary for the conquest of disorganization.

I believe that others can benefit from this step by step approach. Realize that the steps are your friends and I encourage you to develop a relationship with them. I believe that this program is potentially useful for professionals working with ADD clients, and for individuals with ADD to easily access for personal use…
